See you can two degrees but both of them can't be a regular degree. As per UGC guidelines, you can do only one degree at a time in regular format. If you want to learn anything else along with your regular degree course then you can do a Distance degree course/ certification course/diploma course.

UGC has approved to pursue two degrees at the same time in India, a student is allowed to pursue the two different degrees either of same stream or different streams, the only condition is that one of the degree should be pursued from regular mode and other from distance learning.
