Medical college counselling happens on total marks obtained by you out 720. On the basis of marks ranks prepare mainly all india rank and category rank. There is no consideration on the basis of marks you obtain in individual subject. They always prepare rank on total marks in all three physics bio chem. Admission happens in medical College happens on that basis only. For two students scoring same marks there are some tiebreaker rule which is applied like person who have more age will rank first for same marks.
So don't your about individual subject marks overall you should score well. In today times you need to score more than 600+ marks to secure seat in AIQ counselling or state government medical College too. There is very high competition in this field.
