Is it neccessary to fill the form of CLAT exam then only we can take admission in PU???

NO ,its not mandatory that if you want to take admission in pan jab university then you have to clear CLAT as for the admission in PU then you just have to give the entrance exam of this particular university.
HERE IS THE ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA FOR THE ADMISSION:
The Panjab University will release the PU LLB 2019 application form in the first week of April 2019. The application form of PU LLB 2019 will be made available by the university solely in online mode. Candidates should be able to submit their completely filled PU LLB application form 2019 by the third week of May 2019. Candidates will be able to fill the PU LLB 2019 application form by clicking on the official link given below in the page. Firstly, candidates will have to register by providing a valid email ID and phone number. Upon the completion of the registration process, candidates will be provided with login credentials which should be retained by them throughout the admission process. Candidates will then have to start filling the application form of PU LLB 2019 and provide all correct details. While filling the application form, candidates will be required to upload the requisite documents and remit the application fees. The fee against the PU LLB application form 2019 will have to be paid in the offline mode.
Following are the eligibility requirements of three year LLB programme that candidates need to fulfil before proceeding with the application form of PU LLB 2019. Since the applications of ineligible candidates will be rejected by the university, candidates should ensure they fulfil all of the following requirements.
Academic Qualifications
· Candidates need to have cleared a bachelor’s/master’s degree in any discipline with a minimum aggregate of 45% from Panjabi University or any university recognized by the Bar Council of India and Panjabi University.
· If a candidate has a bachelor’s degree of Panjab University or any other university recognized by the syndicate in Modern Indian Languages (Hindi or Punjabi or Urdu) and/or in a classical language (Sanskrit or Arabic or Persian), the aggregate will will be calculated after excluding the marks in additional optional paper, elective subject, and English taken together.
Age Limit
As per the orders of the Supreme Court, there is no age limit for candidates who want to study law programmes.
Relaxation
There will be a relaxation of 5% in the minimum aggregate to be scored by candidates belonging to the following categories - SC/ST/BC/PWD candidates.
