The eligibility criteria of 75% aggregate in PCM subjects has been relaxed for JEE Mains 2021. So according to new eligiblity criteria, you should have passed all the subjects in class 12 to be eligible for JEE Mains and get admission into NITs. There is no minimum aggregate required.
Previously the eligibility criteria for SC category was that the candidate should have a minimum 65% aggregate in PCM. This has been waived off now.
Your class 12 percentage is not considered. Only the thing is that you should clear all your subjects and get a good percentile to get admission into NITs.
Also you can give JEE mains for 3 consecutive years from the year of completing your class 12. Also u are eligible to write JEE Advanced for 2 consecutive years from the year of completing your class 12.
Hope this helps
All the best
