- entrance exam rank card
- Entrance exam hall ticket
- Aadhar card
- SSC or its equivalent marks memo
- Intermediate or its equivalent memo cum pass certificate
- 6 to intermediate or its equivalent study certificates
- Transfer certificate
- Income certificate
- Caste certificate
- Residence certificate of candidate for a period of 7 years presenting to qualifying examination.
- Residence certificate or employee certificate
