The following Original Documents are required for CCMT reporting Centre.

• Provisional Seat Allotment Letter

• Gate SCore Card(Self attested)

• Proof of Payment of Seat Acceptance Fee

• Photo ID Proof

• Print out of Registration Form and Choices Locked

• Original Birth Certificate issued by a competent authority/ 10th Standard (High School) Board Certificate as proof of date of birth.

• Original 12th standard mark sheet

• Original grade/mark sheet of qualifying examination of all semesters.

• Original degree/provisional certificate, if degree is completed.

• Original conduct, transfer and course completion certificate from the Head of the institute last attended.

• Original migration certificate from last institute attended

• Original Category certificate

• Original Persons with Disability Certificate (if applicable)

• Three colour passport size photograph

• One set of self attested photocopies of all the original documents.
