Hello Aspirant,
No it is not at all ok, as this is the last stage of preparation for JEE-Main 2022 aspirants so now full focus should be on quality rather than quantity. You should take proper sleep of at least 5-6 hours so that you can stay energetic throughout a day which will improve your concentration. Fix your sleep cycle like make the habit of sleeping early and waking up early and do exercise and yoga at least for an hour in early morning because it will remove all the laziness from your body. If you are dedicating at least 6-7 hours of study nowadays then it is more than sufficient for JEE-Main 2022 if your syllabus is complete and only revision is left otherwise try to complete your syllabus fast because then you have to solve question papers as well.
