Is it possible to add new clgs in second extended round ?as i hv selected choice 3 bcs i didn't hv any clgs aftr second round!!answer me plz

Yes you can select new colleges in the second extended round. The option entry link gets open again after the round 2 and just like before round 1, for extended second round, you can add, remove or modify your order of option as you wish to do. So I would say go for it.
