I got chemical branch in osmania university. But I want to study CSE .Is possible to change my branch to CSE afer complete of 1s year btech?

It is not possible for a first year student to change its branch for Bachelor of Technology course in Osmania University College of Engineering Hyderabad. However the second year students can change their college from one district to another district.
