According to official guidelines released by counseling body, student who already participated in 1st round of Counseling can not change the choice filling.Only the student who are fresher and firstly applied for the counseling in round2 are allowed to fill their choices.

see there is option of freeze and float , for counselling of upsee,

freeze is for those, who are satisfied with their college selection and want to secure the seat.

if the candidates are not satisfied with the allotted college and  wishes to upgrade it in the next counselling round, then he/ she may choose for float option.
