you can get admission in any of the under graduate course offering by GH patel college of engineering and technology or in any college by using your 12th score , the thing is that you need to fulfill the eligibility criteria which is different for all courses

Many colleges have their own entrance exam which is considered to take admission in their college, especially the private colleges. The 12th grade board result is merely just an eligibility criteria to attend the exam itself.

And other colleges consider exams like JEE Mains, JEE Advanced etc.

Government colleges consider the common entrance exam for the state which is set up as a criteria.

There are very low chances that a college considers just your 12th Class marks as a criteria to take admission in the college.

Although, due to the COVID'19 situation, you might get admission purely on 12th class marks and on merit basis as few colleges have cancelled their entrance exams as well.

Yes it is possible to get admission in good universities with 10+2 results. Moreover, some universities has cancelled their entrance exams such as Vellore Institute of Technology, jamia millia islamia University etc. Will take admission by 10+2 result. To add on, students having valid jee scores will be given more weightage
