Is it true that a student can't get into a medical college in Assam with the required NEET scores if he/she hasn't done HS in Assam, even with a PRC of Assam? I have also land in Assam and my father is gov employee in (national council of promotion of urdu language),so may I apply state quota?

No, you cannot get assam state quota if you haven't completed your 7 to 12th class in Assam, it doesn't matter even if you have land in Assam

To be eligible it's mandatory to study your 7 to 12th class in Assam.
