Is it true that after dropping a year and then taking admission in any general eng. college they will cut my Cl.XII marks during admission?

Hi pal,
It depands on the college in which you're looking for admission most of the colleges doesn't follow this criteria.
So don't worry about it. Govt colleges do not cut marks on a gap year but they must ask for gap year affidavit.
