The JEE Advanced Exam is also conducted in two languages- English and Hindi.

The JEE Main paper is printed in 2 languages ie. English and Hindi
The examination center cities for JEE in Gujarat, Daman and Diu, Dadra and Nagar Haveli have third option of Gujrati
Therefore, JEE Main paper comes in a total of 3 languages namely English, Hindi and Gujarati where Gujarati option is region limited.

Well, yes! the JEE Mains as well as the JEE advanced examinations are also in hindi medium, as well as in Gujrati, So Relax and work hard, rock the exam and land in India's some top premiere institutes like IITs, NITs, IIITs, GFTIs, etc...
and from 2021, MHRD is considering it to extend it to 11 more regional languages, so...Good Luck!

The JEE entrance examination is composed of two exams- JEE MAINS and JEE ADVANCED. These exams are used for entrance into IITs, NITs, IIITs, and GFTIs. The JEE Mains exam is held twice in a year whereas the JEE ADVANCED is held once a year. Moreover, the JEE Mains exam is taken of the best of two attempts.
