Hello Yakshap, every year thousands of medical aspirants from India and other neighbouring countries like Nepal, Bangaldesh, Pakistan etc go to the Phillipines, Ukraine, China or even Russia where getting a medical seat is easier than getting a seat in a good govt college here in India.



Speaking only for Ukraine, most of these Indian students only make it to the mediocre medical colleges there, where there are enough indians as your peers, i cannot judge the quality of education there but its not worse if not better than most mediocre to low ranking govt colleges in India.
