Guys btech is 4 years coarse but if you are doing btech with computer science then its useless because 1 year you will study physics , chemistry ,maths but physics , chemistry is useless for computer science you just require basic math knowledge and your 1 year will be wasted and rest 3 years you will study your career computer science then in that case pressure will be high more coarse in less time in BTECH  theory is main motive than coding thats the problem guys you have to understand coding is less taught in BTECH so students have to manage themselves  and if you don't know coding in computer science so its useless to choose computer science as career option thats why BCA + MCA is better option than BTECH  because they are specifically made for computer science in BCA+ MCA coding will be the main motive you will study coding for 6 years so that you can become master in coding and make the bright future in field of IT some say BTECH has more salary than BCA+MCA so guys it depends on your knowledge if you are good in any field you can make money from any field and yes BTECH and BCA+MCA has equal job opportunities so there are many who chosen the BTECH but they are unsuccessful they are not getting job so just I want to say success doesn't depend on Stream you choose it depends upon you how you are studying

MCA is generally assumed equivalent to B.Tech in IT and CSE field as course structure is same but B.tech provides more scope and generally B.tech candidates are preffered over MCA and higher salary is offered.

If we compare both these courses then B.Tech is a better course as it is technical course but both the courses has its own importance and depends upon the candidate interest.

If student has interest in computer then he/she can go for MCA.

Good luck!!

Dear,
A MCA has extremely technical subjects which include variety of lab technologies, industry mentorship, seminars and detailed syllabus and is evolving with time. So, Btech and MCA are equal in all senses, except that a BTech is
1. A graduate degree and MCA is an industrial-oriented post graduate degree.
2. BTech is a term for 'Bachelor of Technology' and MCA 'Masters of Computer Applications'
3. The only difference is that BTech is a pure engineering degree course and MCA is a pure Technology/Computer software PG degree.
So, it is worth it to pursue MCA from any university as long as the course structure is flexible and dedicated towards upgradation of technology.
People should stop talking ill about MCA or any other educational factor.
