Is metallurgical engineering at jntu hyderabad good or EEE at jntu anantapur good with a goal of cracking upsc?
Hi Aspirant
Both of these are good colleges. What you need to keep in mind is going for a branch that interests you more. Since you want to go for UPSC after this you must select the branch carefully.
EEE is generally considered to be tougher than Metallurgical Engineering. But on the other hand staying in Hyderabad would benefit you more for your preparation for the examination.
So you must choose the college keeping in mind these two things.
Hope this helps and All the Best.
Hi Priya!
Greetings!
I advice you to join EEE at JNTU Anantapur, although JNTU H is better, but after taking metallurgical engineering there you can't have a better job in hand as a back up plan for the preparation of UPSC. I also know UPSC is not a cakewalk, and atleast you should have a relief of college placement job if by chance you could not perform well in UPSC. Also, EEE at JNTU a is not so bad and have good placement record.
Rest as your wish. Please upvote if this was helpful to you.
Thank you and good luck.
