Yes to be very honest NCERT is considered the Bible of Neet exam and you just need to have detailed knowledge of NCERT books in order to cover 90% of portion in your NEET exam.

The rest 10% question can be solved by using your brain a while in order to think practically more . If your basics are clear then you will be able to solve any question related to that topic.

I believe for biology and chemistry NCERT is sufficient but fir physics you can refer to package from some good coaching Institute. NCERT Physics is good but not well explained so that might be difficult for you to understand because after all you have to study the concepts not learn it.
