Is ncert books sufficient for neet ?....Or other books are required for theory.....Suggest me.

Yes they are sufficient enough however students must be always prepared for advanced level questions to score above 550 from books like MTg Publication for NEET and HC verma for Physics and OPTandon for Chemistry.
Students must solve maximum mock exms and previous year all papers which will then be sufficient.
