No, NCERT does provide a strong foundation for JEE Main Chemistry, but isnt sufficient if you aim at Targeting a score of 100+. You need to go a step higher, solve more intricate questions and take a Good Test Series. I will note few miscellaneous materials which may help you feat the 100 barrier in Chemistry JEE Main.
1. Arihant Chemistry Handbook
2. Resonance Rank Booster (Chemistry)
3. Chemistry Previous Years
4. P.Bahadur/OP Tandon (Solving MCQs, Reviewing the Detailed Solution and Reading Summaries/ Formulas of Chapters from these 2 Books are enough for JEE Main. Organic/Physical Chemistry. You do not need to solve the Subjective Questions.)
As far as Inorganic Chemistry is concerned, NCERT is sufficient. However you should make a habit of jotting down each Question with Answer and Explanation in a Diary after every Mock Test, for Inorganic Chemistry Preparation. Suppose you answer around 30 Mock Tests, each having 10 Inorganic Chemistry Questions, you will have a Good Collection of 300+ Questions to revise before your Final Examination.

Hello,
Surely the NCERT textbook will be enough for you to cover the topics for JEE Mains exam But to score really good marks the most important thing to do is practice as many questions as possible.
This can be done by solveing previous years question papers, mock tests, sample papers, etc. Doing previous year papers and mock question papers on a daily basis helps you to recollect the formulas, gives you an idea on where you have to improve and will also help you to manage time better. Make it a point to solve atleast one paper every day during the month you have kept apart for revision and practicing question papers.
Below I have shared a link where you can get sample question papers.:

The following are some books I would recommend for problem soliving:
- Modern Approach to Chemical Calculations by R.C. Mukherjee: For practice of solving Physical Chemistry Numericals
- Physical Chemistry by P.W. Atkins
Good Luck
