If you want to do any good in IIT JEE or any exam you need to limit your study material but do that material 100%.

For Maths:-

First, clear concepts than go through each and every solved example, in starting you will feel that you can solve these questions easily and tend to skip that question, but for clearing concept you should solve all that questions irrespective of time taken.

Some books in my point of view-

Problems in Calculus by Sameer Bansal .

Coordinate geometry and Trigonometry by SL Loney.

Algebra by Cengage publication.

For Chemistry:-

For chemistry, NCERT book is a must.

First Clear all your basic concepts from NCERT, after that for organic and inorganic follow Morrison and Boyd and JD Lee respectively but read only those topics which are mentioned in NCERT.

Books For problem-solving

Physical chemistry- N Avasthi,

Organic chemistry- M S Chauhan,

For physics:-

Clear concept deeply, try to learn behind the scene of all concept.

Try to Solve each and every question of HC Verma by your self.

Must attempt all previous year JEE questions.

All the very best and good luck.

NCERT helps you to clear your basics and to make your concepts and fundamentals strong. For Chemistry if you complete your NCERT thouroughly it will help you to score good marks. HC Verma is recommended book for your physics preparation.

You can follow below books for your preparation-

Physics

Concepts of Physics by H.C. Verma - Volume 1 and Volume 2

Complete Physics for JEE Main 2017 by Irodov

Mathematics

IIT Mathematics by R.D Sharma

The Pearson Guide to Complete Mathematics for JEE by SL Loney

Good Luck!!

Partially No, as I would suggest you to complete your NCERT first properly as 80-85% syllabus will be coming from there only and once these are done you should follow some standard reference books like - Physics - Concepts of Physics Vol I and II by H.C. Verma Problems in General Physics by I.E. Irodov Fundamentals of Physics by Halliday, Resnick & Walker Chemistry - Numerical Chemistry by P. Bahadur Organic Chemistry by Paula Bruice Yurkanis Inorganic Chemistry by J.D. Lee Organic Chemistry by Morrison & Boyd. Mathematics - Maths XI & XII by NCERT Trigonometry by S. L. Loney Co-ordinate Geometry by S. L. Loney Higher Algebra by Hall & Knight Problems in Calculus of One Variable by I.A. Maron. You can check also check the weightage of topics below as this will be helpful for you preparation - Maths - Inverse Trigonometric Functions Weightage: 2% Circles and Family of Circles Weightage: 6% Sequence and Series Weightage: 5% Applications of Derivative Weightage: 4% Limit and Continuity Weightage: 3% Matrices and Determinants Weightage: 4% Straight Lines and Pair of Straight Lines Weightage: 2% 3-D Geometry Weightage: 5% Probability and Statistics Weightage: 7% Vector Algebra Weightage: 5% Integration Weightage: 8% Complex Numbers Weightage: 5% Parabola Weightage: 3% Trigonometric Ratios Weightage: 3% Quadratic Equations Theory of Equations Weightage: 5% Sets, Relations and Functions Weightage: 4% Differentiation 2% Permutation and Combination Weightage: 2%. NCERT is not enough for the complete preparation for the exam. It will help you to build your concept so after completing NCERT you can prefer other books given below.

Books for Physics :

Concepts of Physics 1 & 2 - HC Verma

Physics Mechanics 1 - DC Pandey

Chemistry

Modern Approach to Chemical Calculations - R.C. Mukerjee Chemistry by O.P. Agarwal

Mathematics :

Mathematics Vol. I & II - R.D.Sharma Trigonometry by SL Loney

Good Luck!
