No, there is no such hard and fast rule of strictness in Rishi M. S women's college.
Infact, Faculty are much supportive and helpful to the students in development of students skills and they interact with students so that they can improve themselves.
Also, Fee structure is very much affordable and the fee is 56000 per annum and for every semester 23000 and have hostel fee too and college is strict in collecting of fees.
So don't worry about the strictness level. If you are sincere enough then no one can rule their strictness over you.
