If you are planning to do ma in psychology after a BA in English it is not possible.
But if you want to do Bachelors in psychology then do ma then you can pursue it
Then you can most definitely qualify in many universities for an UG Clinical Psychology program. Choose very carefully to the type of psychology degree program you select according to the career options you are aiming for.
B.A. Clin Psy is very different from a BSCP (bachelor of science in clinical Psy) or a BSc Psychology with Clinical Psychology. Choose wisely depending on your intended career path. The B.A. is less concentrated compared to the other two mentioned.
