Hi Shyam,
Entrance exams are both offline and online, depends of which college or institute you are giving, moreover if its on-line you have to go to a specified center and for offline you have to go to the same college of which the exam is.

It depends on which Enterance Exam you are talking...Please Specify Name of the entrance exam...Some of the exams are online,some are offline, some are both (online & offline)
