There are 2 fees that you pay when you register for Punjab MBBS Counselling. One is the application fees and the next is the security deposit. The Application fees is non refundable which means even if you do not get a seat in the Counselling, you will not get any refund. But the next fees is the security deposit fees which is refundable if you do not get MBBS seat in the counselling even after all the rounds of counselling are over. The amount will be credited back to the same account the payment was made from.
