Dear Anjal, in 2019 after Round 1, under State Quota, 599 marks secured an All India Rank of 7924 and a State Rank of 481 remained the cut off for Government Medical Colleges. With 541 marks, while a seat in a Government Medical College is difficult, you might get a seat in a Private Medical College. Because after Round 1, a score of 486 marks with an All India Rank of 57818 and a State Rank of 3764 has been the cut off.

Dear candidate,
I am sorry to inform you that according to me you have less chance of getting into government medical college this year. The list year cut off was 540 marks in Bihar and this year cut off has increased a lot.Even till second or mop up round it is not expected to go less than 570 marks.

Results of first round of medical counselling based on NEET marks is declared on fficial website.
As per official data the last generao Candidate who got MBBS in first round in government college has 599 marks.
Usually cutoffs dip 15-30 marks in successive rounds.
So, with 541 marks your chances of getting a decent government college are negligible.
However, you might get a decent private college.
