is there any chance to get an admission in aiims if the mark is between 115 to 120 for obc candidate

Well 115 to 120 is not that good score
And it will all depend on cut off
Last year cut off for OBC was 107 n there were 40,000
Such OBC students
So chances are less in aiims

Hii there
It is nearly impossible to get admission in aiims with the score 115-120. As based on the previous trends minummi 145 or 150 plus score is required to get selected for aiims.
