is there any difference between Computer technology and computer engineering
Hi Akash,
There is a difference between computer engineering and computer technology.
Computer engineering comprises both of construction of hardware as well as software for the system. It requires basic knowledge which we obtained till 10+2 grades.
Computer Technology comprises of the process of how computers and different software in it function. There is no qualification required for this as we can study this in any age group
Yes , there is difference between computer technology and computer engineering .
Computer Engineering is an Engineering discipline focused on the design and manufacture of computers. The focus is on the hardware, and the low-level software that interacts directly with that hardware. As an engineering discipline a student will need to study a fair amount of Math, Chemistry, Physics, statics, dynamics, statistics, etc. before getting involved in their domain-specific coursework.
Computer Technology is more or less the same as Information technology. Its Not about writing Code (though you may learn how to do that at some level), It;s about how to manage and deploy code someone else has written.
Hope this helps you....
Good luck !!!!!!
