Is there any fee for vacant seat counselling?

A request draft of Rs. 1000/-(Non Refundable and Not Refundable) must be deposited by applicants (Adjustable) as a counselling fee in favour of Gurukula Kangri Vishwavidyalaya, the Registrar, and Payable at Haridwar for vacant seats at the time of counselling.
