Yes BIET is affiliated by bundelkhand university, from my point of view main campus is good for btech

Bundelkhanda University is a state university in Jhansi, Uttar Pradesh and Bundelkhand Institute of Engineering and Technology is a government Engineering College in Jhansi,Uttar Pradesh.

There is NO LINK between BIET and Bundelkhanda University the only link is they are in same city.

For B.tech BIET is far better than BU.BIET is among top 3 UPSEE government Engineering Colleges.
