Hello!

A PIL was filed before the supreme court, pursuant to Article 32 of the Indian Constitution, on 5 July, which seeks the cancelation of all pending examinations under the National Institute of Open Schooling (NIOS). Like CBSE and ICSE, who had previously postponed their pending Class X & XI panel exams after the pandemic, NOIS declared on June 30 that it would delay, rather than cancel, the Secondary and senior secondary board examination.

Thanks.
