Yes , the Fee will be refunded if you have opted for Reject and Withdraw after Round 1. The Rs 5000 that you have paid as Part of the tuition fee at the time of registration for 1 ^st round of counselling will be refunded.

If you have cancel or withdrawn the seat that you've got in the first round of counselling, then your whole money got have refunded and credited back to your account after the reduction of some fees. But, if suppose that the 3rd round of counselling of COMEDK will held, then you may get the refund if you still have the chances to withdraw the seat that is allotted to you.

After completion of COMEDK first round of counselling there is a possibility that you can get a refund after this round, only a minimum processing charge will be deducted and rest it will be credited back to your account. Now that your third counselling round is also over the chances of getting a refund is much less. I wouldn't say that you will not get any refund, but you may not get the entire amount, some amount will be deducted.
