Is there any schme that any one who got nice no in first semester. In lower stream he/she will be transmitted to upper stream?

Hello Adarsh,
Yes, you have the option called branch chamge in National institute of technology, Silichar as you have mentioned above. This happens only after the successful completion of the 1st year ( i.e.., 2 semesters). Yes, for this to happen you should have top score among all the students. And, this is possible only if you have a pointer above 8.15 and you should not have any backlogs in the 1st/2nd semester.
