As per my knowledge there are so many scholarship for SC/ST students for their education
Kindly register on National Scholarship Portal (https://scholarships.gov.in/) so it shows the whether you are eligible or not and if eligible then which are the scheme you can applied are shown it here..
Also some state have different scholarship program rather than govt scholarship.
Like Madhya Pradesh have Mukhyamantri Medhawi Yojna,Maharshtra samaj kalyan scholarship,etc.
