Yes there is a slot booking procedure for Telangana State ECET. It has been given two days time, that is, two days( June 22nd and 23rd) are for registration, slot booking for verification of documents and certificates. Then, from 24th to 26th ,certificate verification will take place. After this, you can put up your options for various colleges, for seat allotment, from 24 to 27th June. June 29 will be the day for provisional seat allotment and then you have to pay your fee in order to accept the provided seat.
