Is there any sports qouta in Private engineering colleges like RCOEM, Nagpur ,,. If yes then what's its eligibility criteria.

I could not find any private engineering college which gives reservation based on sports quota. Same goes for RCOEM Nagpur also. However, some govt colleges do have similar facilities. Consider them if you like. Otherwise, find other alternatives.
