Hello Sir. Manipal University is one of the best top private universities in the country. It does not provide donation seats. There is an NRI category. They should pay more than double the actual fee. If the student has an immediate relative who is living abroad, then he/she is eligible to apply in MIT under NRI quota, by paying a fees higher than the general one.
