Is Up central obc certificate valid in DTU??

No my friend.Caste certificate is issued from the state where you actually belong . In your case as I if you are belong to up(utrar pradeh ) so you can use your up OBC for any government seat of uttar Pradesh and central government as well.

But, sir , I have done my schooling from delhi and I have an obc central certificate from up, is it valid in dtu??

should I cancel my obc certificate, or can apply from delhi with my father's obc certificate??
