Is uploading 12th marksheet before june 5 is cumpolsory?

At first you have not mentioned that where are you uploading the marksheet
I suppose you are uploading the marksheeet at some college website where you wnat admission, if yes then yaa you have to update the marksheet as the college after that reviews the Application based on which the admissions are given.
