Hello sir,
Hope you are doing well!
The Uttar Pradesh State Engineering Entrance Exam ( UPSEE) will be scrapped from the 2021 session . Abdul Kalam Technical University - the conducting body of the won't be conducting examination. JEE Main scores will be considered for admissions in 1.40 lakh seats in 750 colleges across the state.

However AKTU / UPTU has not yet officially given any notification on this matter.
If the exam is conducted, then UPSEE 2021 / UPTU 2021 application form is expected to be available from January 2021.
