Is using of phone is allowed in this college

Hello lalithraju.
As per the rules and regulations of most of the colleges /University. Many college/University allowed phone in their campus.
There are very less college /University which do not allowed phone in their campus.
But mostly using the phone in the campus pf the college/University are allowed.
