Hi Saksham!
There is a very old saying that goes like, "all work and no play makes Jack a dull boy". Preparing for NEET or JEE exams requires lots and lots of focus, concentration, and hardwork. It is good to keep ourselves away from distractions, but one cannot have too much of a good thing, can one? There is no harm in using social media for five to ten minutes while preparing for competitive exams, like JEE and NEET. Social media will not just help you relax, but will also help you refreshen your mind. Receration is very important for all of us to be productive. In the proces of working hard and striving for excellence, we should not stop enjoying and celebrating our small victories. Having said that, we should strike a balance between studies and relaxation. For example, set mini targets for yourself, and once you achieve those targets, reward yourself by spending a few minutes on social media.
I really hope this helps you. All the best!
Yes, it’s fine for relaxing. But it should be remembered that one must not use mobiles during study hours but between study hours. Taking breaks is equally important as studying as it allows brain to rejuvenate and relax. The activity may be anything like playing games, listening music or may be social networking but not more than 30 min.
Try not to start a conversation on social sites as it will lead to more eagerness to socialise and wastage of time.
