It's been a month and I had not yet recieved 40000 rupees from ipu. what should I do Know ?

Counselling fee of Rs. 1000 will be cut and 39000 rupees are refundable once you withdraw your admission from the University after applying for withdrawal of ur seat from the allotted Institution.
You can wait you will get refunded for sure.
