120+ marks in APEAMCET will surely get you a seat in JNTUK. Only group subject (MPC) marks from IPE are taken into consideration while calculating the overall rank. Most of the students score 100% marks in groups.

Total marks are not counted. Only maths,physics,chemistry marks considered. So do best to get 600/600. As i completed my engineering in jntuk, i didnt found anyone who has less than 595 in these three subjects. All the best.
