I've got to know about 50% seats of private medical college to come under govt fee structure. Will it be applicable from this year onwards(i.e. NEET 2022) or the next?

Hello Aspirant,

Yes it is the fact according to new policy to be implemented by NMC and this policy will be applicable from session 2023-24 means from NEET UG 2023.


Latest order of NMC that states that" for 50% of the total sanctioned strength in private medical colleges as well as in deemed universities, the fee should be as same as the fee in the government medical colleges of that particular state and Union Territory ."
