I've got very low rank in jee and I'm general... my crl rank is 238797 and my percentile is 77.9...can I get any nice colleges.. can I apply for josaa counselling .. is there any chance that I will get college via this process... it would be very kind of u if u please clear my queries...anyone plzz

Firstly, you don't have to stress out too much, every thing is going to fall into place eventually. It's true that your rank is not very excellent, and there is always room for improvement, but your life doesn't end here, and you obviously have alot of options in your hand. You can definitely get into some nice colleges, and moreover it depends on you as a student, and not just the college. And if you want to get into only in the top colleges , you can take a drop year and appear for the exam again.

yes you can participate is jossa counselling process and you can get good campus. You can apply for government engineering college of your residential college. if you want to join top university then you can choose LPU which best university for engineering with top placement.
You will get good branch. if you want CSE then you have to choose private institute. Not to worry there are private institutes which perform same as any NIT campus. all you have to do is learn and improve your skills.
You will get job offer based on your skill. College campus only provides platform to perform.
