I've gotten a college in comedk round 1 counseling,however this isn't my desired college and I decided to opt for the choice 'reject and upgrade' to participate in round 2 and round 3 counseling however its telling me to pay 2.2L fees.Could u please help me regarding my predicament.

This year, in order to participate in round 2 and 3 ,comedk uget has made it mandatory to pay the total fees of the college you are allotted, right after round 1. So if you choose 'accept and upgrade' or 'reject and upgrade' you have to pay the total fees .
In your case you are not satisfied with the college you were allotted and thus chose 'reject and upgrade'. If you want to participate in the further rounds, I suggest you to pay the total fees. As this fees remains with comedk and is given to the college that you are finally allotted after the end of all rounds. In case, you do not get your desired college even in further rounds and wish to surrender, you can do so within the surrender period that will be officially announced by the comedk.. and then you will be refunded all the money that you paid.
