Yes you can pay and participate in the second round of counselling. The dates for the second round of counselling is not yet declared. Keep an eye on the official website for the latest information. The dates will be released soon after completion of first round of counselling. Telangana State Council of Higher Education (TSCHE) has revised TS EAMCET counselling 2021 for B.Tech admissions. Registrations for TS EAMCET counselling 2021 has been started from August 30. This year 45 per cent of intermediate marks are dropped for TS EAMCET 2021 admission.

hope you are doing well and safe. With reference to your query,  I am very sorry to inform you that in online counselling system, their is nothing in the hands of authorities and your side . If you have missed of paying processing fees . Then their is nothing cant be done as it will be highly unfair for other students too . I would advise you to start looking for other options and if you can then start preparing for next attempt
