Jadavpur is conducting decentralized counselling.I listened that it is only for domicile student.I am from bihar.Am i eligible for this?????

Hello,
I think the information you got is wrong. Because there is nothing mentioned about this in the guidelines. There are 197 seats vacant in Jadhavpur University this year.
But remember that you must have appeared in WBJEE and have a valid rank and admit card.
