Hello, if you are from general category, then you are from general category,then you won't be granted admission into any government colleges through JEE main score as you have scored less than 75% in boards. So if you want, you can appear for improvement exams for boards in the net year and also you have to appear for IIT JEE mains and advance again in the next year. Or if you don't want to drop the year , then you can go for some private engineering colleges like Sharda, SRM, Amity, etc. That's all upto you. Think wisely before you take a decision because it's going to effect your life whether in a positive way or the other way.



But if you are from reserved category, then you can get  some state government colleges through your JEE main score but the chances are very less, like almost nil. Even if you get a seat, you won't get any top branches. So it would be better  for you if you would get admission in some private college and work hard there. Or else if you want , depending on your circumstances, you can drop this year and prepare for the next year. But you cannot lose focus in this process. So get some adult advice from some of your closed ones or your teacher.
